St Stephen members with the gift of crocheting and knitting are busy making caps for American Soldiers. These caps are given to every soldier who is deployed overseas. These caps are worn underneath the soldier's helmet- in the winter months to keep them warm and in the summer, to soak up sweat.
PLEASE USE Dark Sage, Medium Sage, Grey, Dark Brown, Medium Brown, or Camoflague. NO OTHER COLORS WILL BE ACCEPTED
The caps cannot be longer than 6 inches from center of the skull down to forehead. When completed, fold the cap in half, it should measure approximately 10 inches.
